Combat Effect

The flame elemental effect creates a firely explosion upon impact. All combatants effected will receive extra damage based on the level and stats of the delivering hero.

Passive Effect

The flame passive effect increases base speed and stamina recovery. Players utilizing flame will be able to move around the map faster than those who do not.
