Combat Effect

The Ice combat effect will drastically reduce the movement speed of affected combatants. This allows the hero to move in on their target.

Passive Effect

The Ice passive effect provides a slight increase to damage resistance. Incoming damage caused by enemy heroes will be reduced according to the level of the receiving hero.
